PM也被称为家庭睡眠监测(home sleep testing,HST)或中心外睡眠监测(out of center sleep testing,OCST),其在不同程度上简化了实验室整夜值守PSG(即标准PSG)的操作流程。随着监测设备的不断更新和临床实践的不断积累,大量研究结果表明,在合理应用的前提下,PM在OSA的诊断上具有较高的敏感性和特异性,并在当前的OSA诊疗过程中发挥了重要作用[6, 7, 8]。近年来,PM的使用范围和数量呈快速增长趋势,2007年美国睡眠医学学会(AASM)发布了《无人值守便携式监测在成人OSA诊断中的临床应用指南》[9]。目前我国尚无针对PM临床应用的规范或指南,这使得我国PM的临床应用存在诸多问题,主要表现为:(1)PM分级概念模糊;(2)各级PM的适应证选择不当;(3)PM结果判读不规范;(4)PM实施过程中准备不充分、注意事项不明晰。本专家共识重点对以上问题提出建议方案,供相关从业人员参考,以规范PM在OSA诊疗过程中的应用。
